Accepted Payment methods

Travelog Vacation Services currently accepts the following payment methods for the booking of our services.

• Bank deposit
• Cash/Card at check-in

Bank deposit

Clients can pay for their booking making a deposit directly to our bank account. This payment amount is usually an upfront payment of 10% of the total booking amount, and is used for the booking confirmation. When the deposit amount is cleared in our bank account, the booking gets accepted.

This kind of payment is used in accomodation bookings that are managed by Travelog.

Cash/Card Check-in

Clients pay during check-in of the service. This payment method is usually used when no upfront payment is needed or for the payment of the remaining amount of a booking that has been made with upfront payment.

This kind of payment is used in transfer bookings ( payment at pick-up ) or for accomodation bookings that are not managed by Travelog.
