Kindly check below the various booking services refund options you have with your bookings in Travelog, for bookings that regard services managed by Travelog itself.

Accommodation bookings
Client gets a full refund of the upfront payment if cancellation of booking takes place up to 30 days before the Check-in day. Refund amount is returned to the client using the same payment method that was initially used for payment.
Transfers/Car rental/Cruises bookings
No upfront payment needed for making a booking, so no refund is needed in this case.
