The house is beautiful, minimalistic, but has all you need for a comfortable and smooth stay. It is brand new, hence limited number of comments are available, but it’s because they just started renting it out. The outside area is amazing, kids friendly beach and restaurants are just a 5 min walk down the street. The owner is lovely and very responsive. I would definitely go back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house private and relaxing. Beach and resturants are within easy walking distance. Olivia house is a great central location on the island which made day trips exploring this beautiful island very easy. We will come back to visit this peaceful place. We were given lots of helpful advice on thngs to do and places to visit. Natasha is a great owner. Thank you for helping us feel so welcome and relaxed x

The location is great, rooms are large and clean, the kitchen has everything you need. And the most important thing, Elena is the best host ever!

We had the best time at Villino Guest House. It had everything we needed from kitchen ware to children’s toys. The house got cleaned every few days which is a really nice service. The estate had a very large garden, olive yard, and a perfect view across Zakynthos and the sea. The location is great as you can reach almost any point on the island in less than 45min. Several towns and the sea are very close. It’s a quiet neighborhood and still you are pretty much in the vibrant center of the island. Stathis is a fantastic host and we appreciate all his advice and recommendations.

The villa was very nice to stay. Everything was neat and clean and well tidy. We received a lot of advice from the host about the area, and he even helped us pick up from the airport and escorted us to the villa. The villa is located in a quiet neighborhood, but within a few minutes drive you are in a lively area with many shops/restaurants. There was nothing missing for us!
