Easy and friendly process. Stathis was flexible and helpful on both ends of the stay, and welcomed us with a basket of fruit and a bottle of wine produced by his family which was delicious. The apartment has all the amenities you would expect and more, and towels, linens and everything else smelled clean and fresh when we arrived. Lovely water views from the front balcony where we enjoyed drinking our morning coffee and people watched in the evening. The neighborhood is a short walk to the center of town and right across the street from a public beach. Overall this was a great experience at a very fair price and we would definitely book again next time we need a place in Zakynthos.

We spent two beautiful weeks in Zakynthos. The apartment was perfect for us in terms of size and amenities. From coffee and capsule to washing machine, everything available. Linen change and cleaning was done twice a week. The location was also very good, about a 10 minute walk from the pedestrian street. We were welcomed very nicely by Stathis and gave us all the useful information. We also found a nice welcome in the form of fruit, a bottle of wine and water for first aid. Stathis was always available for problems or other concerns. We felt absolutely comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Many thanks to Stathis and Antonia.

The host is always available, quick to respond and friendly. Lovely apartment with lots of space available, with all the necessary amenities and very well equipped with everything that might be useful. as at home. The only downside, if you can call it that, is the fact that you don't have private parking, and if you go home between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm, it would be difficult to find parking nearby. On the other hand, you will be in the center in 5 minutes walk and you will have all the very comfortable amenities. Stathis will give you many useful tips! Highly recommended!!

Stathis’ place is absolutely amazing! He and his wife are extremely kind, his wife welcomed us at the place with a full bowl of fresh fruit, a bottle of wine and bottles of water (because water is not drinkable on the island). Stathis sent us all the recommendations for places to visit, also the directions to the nearest bakery and market. He also made a reservation for an ATV which we rented and arranged the pick up point right in front of the airport. His place is very nice, very clean and very homey. We felt secure in it, even tho we were 3 minutes walkable distance from the city centre of Zante. I would really recommend this place to everyone who wish to have a really nice and relaxing holiday on the island! :)

We loved the accommodation very much. Sunny and airy. Beautiful space, fully renovated and equipped with excellent taste and beautiful furniture. There was absolutely nothing missing and everything was perfect. Very close to the main square, to supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, and anything one may need. Something that made our stay even more pleasant was that in all rooms there is air conditioning and so the whole apartment is perfectly cooled as outside there is incredible heat in August. The host was very polite, helpful, provided us with material for places worth visiting, suggestions for food, drink, entertainment, and helped us with anything we needed. We had a great time and we highly recommend the accommodation either to families or groups of friends who want to spend a beautiful holiday.
