Stathis is an excellent host, always available and responsive in terms of communication and recommendations regarding restaurants, bars, beaches and all the other information he provided. The house is strategically located because in a quarter of an hour drive from Zakynthos town and 5 minutes from the bars and restaurants of Laganas.

Absolutely fantastic! ❤️ We had an awesome time at the Myrties stone house. I absolutely adored the cottage, the decoration, the atmosphere, the balcony & patio, the comfy bed, and the location. Peaceful, magnificent view, close to some fabulous restaurants, and great beaches such as Dafni & Gerakas. Stathis was a perfect host, was waiting for us when we arrived, with a lovely welcome gift, and was always available for local tips & tricks (even after our stay I could message him for his local expertise(!)). Overall: I could say I felt right at home, wish we could’ve stayed longer, will definitely recommend this to friends & family, and hope to be back one day ? Thank again Stathis, all the best & hopefully ‘til another time! ?

We were completely enchanted by this charming cottage in such beautiful surroundings at first sight, and it didn't disappoint. The setting is gorgeous with amazing views of the sun rising from the balcony. As two friends, it was lovely to have a bathroom each and there was everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The outdoor areas are fabulous: a balcony with table and chairs; a patio with the same and a drying rack; sun beds and an outdoor shower. While there are other people on the small site, it was very quiet and peaceful. Stathis provided local recommendations, which were very helpful. There is a selection of very good restaurants, beaches, and amenities within a 10-minute walk. There are no pavements, but it wasn't much of an issue for us. We loved our stay here and would definitely return: highly recommended.

Excellent communication, responsiveness, and host flexibility. Large apartment on floors with two bathrooms plus private terrace and patio. The buildings are very beautiful and the whole context is very fleecing, where the care of the greenery stands out. Cleaning and change of sheets every two days. Everything as expected
