Beautiful stone house with two bathrooms and two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and a private outdoor shower which I loved a lot after coming home from the beach. The house is very clean and tidy, has plenty of space. You can lounge outside too, the house has some shadow in the afternoon to sit outside and enjoy the ocean view, but also enough sun to get some tan :) The property is private and far away from noisy tourists. Great supermarkets and souvenir shops also in walking distance (7mins), parking space with shadow in front of the house. Vasilikos is in my opinion the most beautiful part of the island, so many beaches to choose from, some even in walking distance (10-15min), great tavernas (Nikos, Ionio, Vasilikos Garden I can all recommend) and the highlight was Gerakas beach, a 5min drive away. Huge sand beach with water so clear and sand so soft. Everyone involved in communication (Stathis, Rita, Michalis) made you feel welcome and helped out a lot with everything. We had no issues in our two week stay and that alone tells you how well the property is taken care of.

This exquisitely modern and aesthetically pleasant home was extremely comfortable- impeccably clean, lots of private spaces and the outdoor area was superb. What an incredible retreat from the festive and bustling activities just 2 kilometers away. It was a pleasant walk to Tsilivi( busy, lots of action and tourists)… then winding back up the road to this hilltop oasis was such a treat! We were a family of 4 plus grandparent… the pool was very clean and perfect for a morning swim or post beach retreat! The outdoor pool table was also a huge plus that we didn’t even realize how much we would enjoy! Stathis was incredibly helpful and kind. I even forgot an entire drawer of goods (jewelry ?) that was courteously and promptly returned. I suppose I may have relaxed too much! I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a modern retreat…. And we will certainly come again!

I can't imagine anything better or more beautiful than this stay. Not only that you feel right at home here, warmly welcomed, the place has been a unique home for our vacation. It is quiet, in the middle of a beautiful forest, on a hill overlooking olive groves and yet only a stone's throw from the center. We were lavishly gifted with organic products from the family's own production. We were very happy there! The hospitality is exceptional and we look forward to our next stay there!

We had a wonderful 14 days, Stathis was very kind at check-in helping us with our request having a small child. The house is as shown in the photos, surrounded by a beautiful fenced garden, from which you can reach all the most beautiful beaches of Zakynthos in a short time.
