In the green countryside of Vasilikos village and very close to St Nicholas , you will find Villa Basta. It is a 160 sq.m. independent holiday house on the beach, located in a private property of 6.000 sq.m. that guarantees a quiet and relaxfull stay!

The space
Fantastic view to the sea, spacious terraces , green environment with trees and palm trees, beach bar to enjoy morning coffee, your beer or cocktail any time of the day served at your private veranda, sunloungers on the beach free of charge for our guests, barbecue, private parking, are just some of the many amenities of the house.

5.0 "Fantastic Time - July 2023"

The location is great. Right on the beach. Spectacular view. It has everything you need. Fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher), washing machine. Large bedrooms and a living room from where you can admire the sea. Included sunbeds for adults on the punta basta beach were great. Also, the host welcomed us with a lot of fruits and wine, and gave us hints for where to eat and what to do. And he helped us with boat rental. It was great, and we will definitely be back here in the next years. Thank you.

The property is really spacious and very close to beach. Host was very responsive and helped with anything we needed. · Honestly nothing bad comes to my mind.

5.0 "Fantastic Time"

We spent 12 days with my wife and two daughters in Villa Basta at the beginning of July and we had a really great time. The Villa is very nice and very spacious with a wonderfull terrace and only 20 metres to a wonderful peaceful little beach with a bar and a splendid sea. The villa was also cleaned every two days and with flexibility in the service based on our preferences. We want to thank our host Stathis, who was very kind and always available and helpful for any advice or information we needed. He pointed us to the best places (and restaurants) to visit and also came to pick us up at the airport even though we had rented a car, just to show us the way to the house. Thank you again Sthatis!
