Cancellation options

The cancellation options below are pertain to services that are managed by Travelog ( you know it by seeing the Travelog badge in the service page ).

For services that are managed from other partners, relative information is provided in each service page or you can contact the manager of the service directly using the contact elements provided.

  • Accommodation bookings

You can cancel your booking up to 30 days before your arrival and get a full refund of your upfront payment.

  • Transfers bookings

You can cancel your transfer booking anytime before your pick-up time.

  • Car rental bookings

You can cancel your booking anytime before your booking time.

  • Cruises bookings

You can cancel your booking anytime before your booking time.
