Kaletzia Ι – Villa “Spyros” is a spacious and modern Villa built in 2017, with 3 bedrooms and dominates a three – villa complex at the highest point of a green hill very close to the center of Tsilivi.

From its balconies enjoy the view of the Zakynthian countryside to the Ionian Sea. Enjoy your stay, relaxing in the private swimming pool, while in the close proximity of the beautiful Tsilivi beach you can enjoy the clear waters of the Ionian Sea.

The space
The Villa features modern décor with simple lines inside. Features a bright living room with sofa, LCD TV, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Three bedrooms, one with double bed and two with two single beds. The two bedrooms on the floor have a private bathroom with shower and access to private balconies, ideal for enjoying a coffee or a drink while enjoying the view. The third bedroom is on the ground floor and there is a third shared bathroom with shower.

Guest access
You’ll have the space to yourself and will only share it with those you’re traveling with.

5.0 "Fantastic Time - August 2023"

Stathis was a superb host. We were met at the villa, which made the check in process very easy. He went out of his way to help, and made us all feel very welcome. The villa itself was lovely. Immaculately clean and very well-equipped, exactly as described. Amazing views, great pool and lovely surroundings! There is a small taverna very nearby (1 minute walk), and the main strip is only 10 minutes walk down the hill. But you will need to get a taxi back, or hire a car, as walking back up (especially after a meal) is hard work and only really doable if you are young and very fit. Taxis are available at around 15 euros one way for a mini-bus. We would definitely stay here again!

5.0 "Great Time - October 2023 "

We had a great week in the villa. It was immaculate and well equipped. The outdoor space was great for our 3 year old to run around safely. We had a great time. Would recommend staying here. You definitely need a car when staying at this villa!
