“Katiforis” is a 1st floor, two-bedroom apartment with a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Just 50 meters from the city’s “Old Market”, 80 meters from the seaside and 400 meters from the historic center. In the neighborhood there are taverns, cafes, bakeries, mini markets and shops.

The space
The apartment is consisted of a double bedded bedroom, one single bedded bedroom, one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a small sitting and dining room. There is an elevator that leads you from the groundfloor to the 1st floor.

Guest access
The whole apartment is at the disposal of the guests.

5.0 "Amazing place"

Very good place - clean, comfortable and neat. The hospitality and help in everything we needed was very good and fast respectively. We were close to the port, squares and shops in a great location without any noise. It was literally value for money. I really don't have anything negative to say about this accommodation, I recommend it for anyone who wants to visit Zakynthos!

5.0 "Fantastic Time- August 2023"

We stayed for three nights in Zakynthos town. The accommodation is as described and looks exactly like in the pictures, is centrally located and easy to find. The handover of the keys was problem-free and we had a relaxed stay in the apartment. Very nice are the two balconies that open from the bedroom and living room. The apartment is in a small side street and therefore quiet. We really liked it there!

Stathis was extremely helpful and gave loads of recommendations for the area. He even assisted us with finding a car rental. Location was central. Flat was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Would recommend!

5.0 "Great location-House & Hosting "

Great location, very clean and wonderful communication. Stathis provided car rental info, a few phrases for communication, places to see and places to eat. Parking is a bit of chaos with the tight one lane roads and just grabbing a spot wherever you can and the shower is handheld which makes it harder when washing hair, but overall it was good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place.

Hele leuke vakantie gehad in een mooi appartement met 2 nette kamers en airco. Dichtbij het centrum van Zakynthos met veel restaurantjes en winkels op loopafstand. We konden Stathis alles vragen en bij aankomst hebben we veel handige informatie gekregen. Alles was aanwezig, zelfs een broodrooster en blender. Al met al een top accomodatie!

Η καλύτερη φιλοξενία. Ωραίος και πεντακάθαρος χώρος με πλήρη εξοπλισμό και όμορφη διακόσμηση. Θα το ξαναπροτιμήσουμε σίγουρα!!!
